A Divine Feminine Retreat-
to Reclaim your Power, Pleasure & Presence
Hello Soul Sisters
Welcome to the Primal Essence Retreat!!
This is your invitation to soften, to rise, and to remember.
To step away from the noise of the world and return to the rhythm of your body, your breath, and your truth.
In this retreat, you’ll be held in sisterhood and ceremony as you reconnect with the wild, untamed essence of who you are.
Here, your softness is sacred.
Your pleasure is power.
And your presence is a portal to everything you’ve been seeking.
Together, we’ll create a sacred container for transformation, integration, connection, and deep remembrance.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be held in a sacred, nourishing space designed for deep rest, soul connection, and embodied transformation.
Each day blends guided practices, nourishing meals, sisterhood, and free time for reflection or adventure. Expect to soften into yourself, reconnect with your body, and awaken parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more alive, and deeply rooted in your power, pleasure, and presence.

COSTA RICA
Costa Rica is a beautiful rainforest in Central America with coastlines on the Caribbean and Pacific. Though its capital, San José, is home to cultural institutions like the Pre-Columbian Gold Museum, Costa Rica is known for its beaches, volcanoes, and biodiversity. Roughly a quarter of its area comprises a protected jungle, teaming with wildlife, including howler monkeys, sloths, toucans, quetzal birds, and many more.
THE GODDESS GARDEN
The Goddess Garden is a retreat and teacher training center in Cahuita, Costa Rica.
The buildings are distributed over an area of 14 acres using the natural clearings in the forest to build the resort. Solar panels heat the water in the rooms to cut down electricity use. The restaurant serves mainly vegetarian dishes with organic vegetables and fruits locally grown. They compost organic leftovers. This compost is put back as fertilizer in their garden.
Every action to conserve energy helps minimize the damage they cause Mother Earth, and they go the old-fashioned way of drying clothes in the sun when possible.
